Long term ongoing fly tipping, built up over several years. Now reached top of fence and a fire hazard next to my property. Not visible from the road as fly tipped behind fence in front of an outbuilding being rented by Arts Hub which faces Mornington road. The fence is now deteriorating. A large plastic pond was put there yesterday. There will also be other large items such as bikes. Tree trunks. Garden waste, multiple plastic bags containing waste etc etc-Mornington Road, London SE8 4BN, UK
