Junction of Bovill Road and Gabriel St. This recycle bin is NOT claimed by anyone. It accumulates all sorts of rubbish, NOT just recycleables. It should be REMOVED. Not just emptied, especially as the emptying days have been Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and the bin men didn't empty it on either occasion.-1 Bovill Road, Crofton Park, London, SE23 1HB

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the persistent and worsening fly-tipping in the communal courtyard and bin store of our development.
This is not an isolated occurrence. I have many photographs, taken over several months, that show repeated incidents of large quantities of illegally dumped waste, including mattresses, furniture, suitcases, electrical items, timber, black refuse bags and general household rubbish.

The situation has become unacceptable for several reasons:

The fly-tipped waste regularly blocks access to the communal bin area and surrounding paths.
It attracts pests, creates unpleasant odours and presents a significant public health risk.
The accumulation of combustible materials near the bin store also raises fire safety concerns.
The appearance of the estate has deteriorated considerably and negatively affects residents' quality of life.
The repeated dumping suggests that there is little or no effective enforcement or preventative action in place.

Despite this being an ongoing issue, the problem continues to recur, indicating that the current management arrangements are ineffective.

I would therefore ask that urgent action be taken to:

Investigate who is responsible for the repeated dumping.
Review CCTV footage, where available, and take enforcement action against offenders.
Increase monitoring of the area and improve security around the bin store.
Consider clearer signage and, if necessary, changes to the waste management arrangements to prevent further incidents.

As residents, we should not have to live in an environment that is repeatedly used as an illegal dumping ground.

Please could you confirm what action will be taken, the expected timescale for clearing the waste, and what long-term measures will be implemented to prevent this from continuing.

I look forward to your response.-Baildon Street, Londra, Regno Unito
