These HMOs are a disgrace. I pity the poor waste disposal teams. I also have video of the black bins and scattered rubbish. Who ever is responsible for these 2 end houses should be taken to court. Almost impossible to stay on the narrow pavement and this is a busy, not easily navigated road because of the bend/junction. -31 Lewisham High Street, Hither Green, London, SE13 5AF
