Sainsbury's Bags hung up on railing over the weeks, gathering dogmess bags. Maybe someone is trying to stop messbags being thrown into embankment undergrowth (lots of stuff is anyway)? Other bags appeared so I decided to taster them all home for my black bin (a cans and bottles in them too for recycling). Looks tidier now anyway.

Correct ID! I wonder how much the new one cost so a few quid spent disposing properly via London Borough of Lewisham would be negligible... grrr

There is no relevant choice to select from the menu below about the issue I am writing about. I had to select a choice as close as possible because the page wouldn't let me complete the form unless I select something. I am writing to inform you that the problem of the tree at the entrance of Dorville Road in SE12 still persists. I wrote to your department before and the action that was taken was to send people to cut some leaves off the tree. I am beginning to realise that either the council is trying to save money to the detriment of residents or the contractor is defrauding the council. This matter would have been taken more seriously if I was a politician or someone with a high rank in the council but since I am not, the issue is being treated flippantly. In my previous letter with reference 5600825, I informed the council that the tree was and is still causing a serious viewing obstruction to drivers coming out of Dorville Road onto Burnt Ash road. The tree causes drivers to have to be edging forward little by little which causes build up back into Dorville road, by the time one gets to the give way line to go onto Burnt Ash road, one can't see the cars coming from the direction of Handen Road bus stop because of this particular tree. I am calling on the council that a major accident or collision must not happen at that intersection. The tree needs more than just a few trimmings. Council tax is being paid for the council to provide different services among which is a major problem like this so that it won't cause more problems. I believe that it is social injustice for the council to treat residents like this by not fully resolving a problem like this. It should not be about the aesthetics of this particular tree, it is about the immense obstruction it is causing as a catalyst for accidents. It is unfair and coming across as marginalisation by the council towards the residents using Dorville Road by not finding a lasting solution that will make the tree not to be an obstruction anymore such as removing more of it and stopping it from growing leaves and branches rapidly. It is agreed that there are trees that have the tendency to be huge but they have to be curtailed promptly if they are causing problems that are causing hazards which can lead to injuries and loss of lives.
