This ice-cream van is parking on the pavement and blocking the pedestrian crossing at school closing time. Please can you take action to stop this happening? Folkestone Gardens is becoming a pig sty! It’s filthy, with fly tipping and rubbish everywhere. These are just pictures I could be bothered to take, but there are glass bottles, beer cans, crisp packets, plastic bags, you name it, all over the park, in addition to blatant fly tipping of chairs and mattresses. Yes, it’s a people problem, but people feel empowered to do this in Folkestone Gardens because it’s forgotten about.
