The culprits know that there are no cameras as alluded to on the posters. 1.Leaflets on fly tipping should be posted in every home in the Southerngate way area. 2. This is now the 3rd report I’ve made about this green bin. Whilst the rubbish around it has been cleared on at least 3 occasions the bin has been there for over 6 weeks now and it is over flowing with rubbish. There is no lid on it and the rubbish is blown all over the road which subsequently is not cleared. It is now a health hazard!!-64 Goudhurst Road, Bromley, BR1 4QQ
