This shows an earlier picture yesterday. Last night there had been a large increase of polystyrene and cardboard packaging with maybe an address on it? The fact remains that despite two new specialist bins there continues to be abuse of this area with overloading of the Commercial bin and fly tip encouraged by this. Strange to think several years ago Sustainable Streets team ever thought we should have a Streetscape here!
