Dear Lewisham Council, I am the leaseholder of the property and I am writing to report a large dead tree in my garden. The tree appears to be completely dead and is becoming a safety concern. Because of its size and condition, I am worried that branches or the tree itself could fall, particularly during strong winds or bad weather. This could cause damage to the property or injury to people using the garden or nearby areas. I would be grateful if the Council could arrange for the tree to be inspected as soon as possible and, if necessary, have it cut down or made safe. Please treat this as a safety issue and let me know what action the Council can take and when someone can attend to inspect the tree. I can provide photographs of the tree if required.
