These bins are still overflowing!<br/>More rubbish has been added. <br/>Once again the rubbish has not been collected. <br/>Additional fly tipping around site of bins<br/>Bins have been located on Pearfield Road for weeks on end<br/>They are a trip and health hazard. <br/>Why do the flats get away with using Pearfield road as their bin store when residents have to keep bins on their property? <br/>These bins narrow the pavement by the tree causing unnecessary obstructions to the pavement. <br/>Please do something rather than give an in progress update! <br/>This is an unacceptable nuisance.
