As usual dog mess all outside the front of Cypress House. I am being charged for cleaning on my rent but it's always dirty so makes no sense. Can someone come amd clean up the estate. As explained lots of dogs living on the estate and the owners really have mo idea how to care for them hence dogs are brought downstairs to use the front of the estate like a toilet. It has been ongoing for several years and nothing has ever been done. Who is the housing officer for Cypress House they are not doing their job at all. You are so fed up of dog mess complaints i have had to put it under a different heading as the relevant option has been moved. -London SE14 5TA, UK

I am not sure if this is a blocked drain or what but it has been this way for over a month. It stinks, you have to walk in the road to avoid tracking it into your house.
