Rich people can afford to idle, cost of living not an issue. I thought there was a category for this (especially outside schools). Just had an argument as someone from medical centre with their car in a parking bay was blocked in by her. They just left... two passengers include school child. this report has not been dealt with as the same bin is still there this Lewisham bin is a constant issue as it quickly fills and foxes constantly empty the contents over the street adjacent gardens nightly. It either needs to be removed altogether or replaced by a covered fox proof bin. I can send pictures separately of the waste distributed through the local gardens if required. The location is bus stop next to 2A Torridon Road -3 Torridon Road, London, SE6 1AQ
