Car idling with no driver (in Hilly Fields Chemist) . Passenger enjoying a/c in the heat whilst pedestrians suffocated by Chelsea Tractor diesel fumes..... bolkswagen v6 tdi X4 YCA. Rick people can afford to idle. I thought there was a category for this (especially outside). Just had an argument as someone in parking bay blocked. Just left... two passengers including school child. Should know better.
