Ongoing issue of excessive rubbish constantly overflowing from bins near 139 Brookmill Road. Bins are collected but often most of the bags are left behind, sometimes bins left overturned. Rubbish is all over the trees above and wooded area behind. Large items like mattresses fly tipped at the location as it has now become known as a place to dump unwanted rubbish. Insufficient bins provided for the amount of waste at this location, leading to overflowing bins and garbage collectors refusing to collect. This is an environmental hazard, and a huge risk for children and pets living in the local area, as well as an eye sore. -139 Brookmill Road, London, SE8 4JH
