Tree just inside Mountsfield Park adjacent to boundary wall of Britton Close appears to be leaning at a more pronounced angle than previous with the height of the canopy also appearing to have dropped. The tree is overhanging the garden of my property and if it were to come down is likely to cause damage. A different trunk of the same tree came down (over a period of some weeks) last year, although it did so parallel to my property and within other trees, so posed no risk. I have chosen 'visible cracks' for the condition of the tree but cannot say that this, or any of the other options apply.-18 Britton Cl, London SE6 1AP, UK
