This is a large blocked drain in the pavement outside Barclays Bank Lewisham (by the clock tower). This drain gets blocked regularly when it rains as it has never been properly cleaned. Pedestrians are forced to walk in the road to get around the area when the pavement is full of water. Please could you arrange to inspect and clear. Constant overflowing of bins and fly tipping from this multi occupancy address. All the recycling bins are overflowing and not being emptied. I have just found a load of rubbish with post from this address around the back of my property. Can the council please raise an issue with the landlord. On the corner of Jerningham Road and New Cross Road adjacent to the school boundary wall and the bike hire stand, rubbish has been strewn across the pavement. I would also like to mention that there was a rubbish bin adjacent to the 343 bus stand that was for public use. This was removed when the road was recently tarmaced and never replaced. Could one be reinstated so that the public can bin their rubbish rather than throw it on the ground as they now do so on a daily basis. Thank you. -256A, New Cross Road, London, SE14 5PL
