Several trees in Manor House Gardens overhang my garden and those of my neighbours and are already causing problems of leaf- and branch-falling, light obstruction, and property damage. The current full leaf coverage is destabilising the trees so that they require serious pruning and pollarding to prevent serious damage and even danger to children and residents.-66A, Taunton Road, London, SE12 8PB

Bins of properties at 219 and 223 Stanstead Rd block a narrow section of the pavement on a permanent basis. I have witnessed wheelchair users and prams using the road cycle lane to navigate the obstruction. These bins should be stored within their properties front gardens permanently.-223 Stanstead Road, Catford, London, SE23 1HU

Massive dump of fly tipping at the Downderry Road end of the Downham Woodland Walk. Spotted this morning at 08:10 when it was not possible to cycle to the end of the path (I had to wheel my bike over some of the rubbish). With any luck the cameras on the corner of the Bonus Pastor Catholic College Annexe on Churchdown will have recorded the incident. It will be hard to see through the fence and trees but hopefully not impossible.

I have two good photos but they are too large to upload here.-Downham woodland walk, Downderry Road, Bromley, UK
