I would like to report an accumulation of builders' waste at the front of a neighbouring property. The waste has been present continuously since approximately 30 May 2026 and consists of items including timber, old shower doors/screens and other construction materials. It is piled in the front garden, immediately beside the property's wheelie bins, and is approximately three feet high. The building work appears to have finished several weeks ago and no further work has been taking place, so the waste does not appear to be temporary. The pile is clearly visible from the public highway and is affecting the appearance of the street. I am also concerned that it may be obstructing access to the property's bins, which could prevent normal refuse collections and lead to further waste accumulating. I have attached photographs showing the current condition of the property and the location of the waste. I would be grateful if the Council could investigate whether this accumulation of waste complies with its environmental and public health requirements and take any action that is considered appropriate.-49 Wildfell Rd, London, UK
