I am writing to formally report a significant and ongoing fly-tipping issue in the alley located between house numbers 19 and 20 Napier Close.

A large volume of household and building waste-including. wardrobes, carpets, Mattresses and more, has been left in this location for several weeks. Thisis a recurring problem on this part of the estate that is now attracting vermin, specifically foxes and mice, creating a public health concern.

The accumulation has become so severe that I have had to personally move items to maintain access to the alley. I would appreciate it if this waste could be cleared as soon as possible.

Please confirm receipt of this report. If this matter should be handled by a different department, I would be grateful if you could refract my enquiry or provide the correct contact details.

Thank you so much for your assistance
Many kind regards-20 Napier Close, London SE8 4ND, UK
