Commercial waste in truck on street. Vehicle parked on this domestic street. Has been for days. Should not be here at all - ever. Truck should be in a lock up. Domestic street is inappropriate place to leave vehicle of this size and containing waste plus environmentally hazardous - will attract vermin.
