The street is increasingly being used as a dumping ground for damaged cars, vans and commercial vehicles (currently a very large commercial damaged truck parked on the edge of a residential street on double yellow lines making crossing unsafe) . Many of these vehicles appear abandoned, are visibly damaged, and are routinely parked on double yellow lines or double-parked, causing significant obstruction to the road. This situation is encouraging further fly-tipping and is creating serious accessibility issues, particularly for disabled wheelchair users, parents with pushchairs, and other pedestrians. At present, the problem appears to be largely ignored, and it is unclear why parking regulations are not being enforced or fines issued.-Rollins Street, London, UK
