This car is parking on the path completely obstructing the path for pedestrians and wheelchairs. I had to push my baby in the pram into the road because of this car. Grrr, new tag but easily cleaned off with Meths... thanks for clearing last one off completely after my disrupting it.

Diversion sign is very old as works on (East) Ellerdale at junction with Algernon still not even started after one month! No ownership of street fencing furniture. -214 Algernon Road, Ladywell, London, SE13 7AN
