This car is parking on the path completely obstructing the path for pedestrians and wheelchairs. I had to push my baby in the pram into the road because of this car. Peabody Trust at Vanguard street estate must be fined and held responsible for not maintaining properly the green spaces and the territory around its residential territory . The trust must educate their residents to do not throwing their rubbish outside of their fences and cleaning after their dogs .
