In the bin shed attached to the block of flats numbered 72-82a Shell Road, a packaging box has been dumped in the black wheelie bin from someone who does not live on the estate. Branches littering lower part of Ladywell Road footpath near roundabout. When we walked by at 1400 on 19th March there was tree surgeon attending to a tree that was overhanging path. The tree was in a garden of a property in Adelaide Avenue that backs on to Ladywell Road. There was no signage to say that work was being undertaken by the tree surgeon. When we walked up Ladywell Road at 1600 the tree surgeon had not tidied the smaller branches and had left the footpath in a very hazardous state..-153 Ladywell Road, Ladywell, London, SE13 7HZ
