This is more than just excessive litter - this collection of flats from 49 to 51B Beacon road regularly has unsightly debris spilling over the pavement. This is NOT a one-off occurrence - it just happens that today in addition to rotting cardboard boxes on the pavement we also have the dumping of white goods. Moreover, the litter / debris is often there for weeks - I know, as I walk by every day taking my boy to school.
