Rubbish has been piling up here for a while. I don’t think this is fly tipping from outside the area - I think it is insufficient bin space. Think it is really clear that the houses here and on St Stephen’s Grove are all houses of multiple occupancy and do not have sufficient bins to prevent repeated incidences of overflowing refuse.
