I am writing to raise a concern about a large tree on the empty land at Briant Street/Besson Street behind our property.

The tree has become overgrown and is now blocking a significant amount of natural light from reaching our garden and property. In addition, leaves, branches and other debris are regularly falling into our garden, which is becoming an ongoing nuisance and requires us to repeatedly clear it.

I would be grateful if the council could arrange for the tree to be inspected and, if appropriate, trimmed back to prevent it from continuing to obstruct our light and overhang our garden.

Could you please confirm the council is responsible for this land and tree, and what action can be taken to address the issue?

I would appreciate this being looked into as soon as possible, particularly as the tree is continuing to grow and the problem is getting worse.

Kind regards,-108 New Cross Road, London, UK

Hi team After all the hard work to rectify the pothole the van is back parking on the pavement and after the rain last night we now have a wheel sized pothole with water in it. This will only get bigger. Is there anything that will stop the van parking there. Many thanks -23 Exford Road, London, SE12 9HB
