Tree failure and removal. A large tree in the rear garden split at the trunk on the evening of 3 June and was leaning dangerously. It fell on its own at 1:15pm on 4 June, landing across 3 neighbouring gardens. A professional tree surgeon removed the fallen tree on 12 June and 23 June.
