It’s been half a month, if not then a month since the litter has been removed. The smell is disgusting as well as the sight. The rubbished ought to be cleaned at least once every week as there are little animals who come and take a peek at the trash bin and do a complete mess as you can see in the photo. In our flat’s outdoors always the same issue happens and so we always have to clean it ourselves.
