Broken glass scattered across the area behind the containers on the grass area by the Green Recycling Hub on Vigilant Close (Sydenham) several months ago. Fly tippers are constantly dumping things behind the containers which are no longer being used by the Council. They’ve been there nearly 4 YEARS. Disgustingly, the area is also being used as a public toilet. Residents have repeatedly asked for removal. For health and safety, please can you inspect urgently and arrange removal.
