The tree is located approximately at coordinates 51.470051, -0.049433.

The tree is heavily overgrown with ivy, to the point that much of the trunk and canopy are obscured. I am concerned that the ivy is preventing proper visual inspection of the tree’s condition and may be contributing to excessive weight and stress on the structure.

The tree is situated close to the boundary of my property, and I am concerned that if the tree or any major limbs were to fail, they could fall into my garden and potentially cause damage to my property or create a safety risk, my two young children are often in the garden.

I would be grateful if a maintenance team could inspect the tree as soon as possible and assess whether ivy removal or other remedial work is required.

I would appreciate confirmation that this report has been logged, along with any reference number and information about next steps.
