There is an overwhelming amount of rubbish and large items that’s has been illegally fly tipped outside my back garden. This is concerning because it is blocking a fire exit for ground floor residents. It is also causing an influx of rats and other wild animals which also makes me hesitant to allow my younger siblings in the garden unattended. I hope this is an issue that can be resolved quickly because there are signs in the area as a deterrent but doesn’t stop it from being a reoccurring issue. -307-309 Southend Lane, Bellingham, London, SE6 3ND
