The owner in the photo regularly allows his dog to run unleashed on street by itself and it goes to the park and goes in alone before owner turns up. Owner has a poo bag in his hand but does not clean up after his dog. and pretends he does not see the poo. He also hits the dog and shouts at it. I took the photo's and owner tried to get my phone and assaulted me on Good Friday. The police attended. And informed me I could press charges especially as he got hold of his genitalia and told me to take this as he handled his penis and curated towards me . Followed by the middle finger gesture. ! His last dog was removed by the RSPCA. I do not know his name His address is Flat 2 Beatrice House Gladys Court 260 Reigate Road BR1 5JN He is from Sri Lanka Very rude and aggressive He beats the dog who is called ERRIS He also beats his poor wife.
