A vehicle displaying a Blue Badge has been parked on double yellow lines outside my property since approximately 9:00 am and remains there at 3:00 pm. The Blue Badge parking clock is clearly set to 9:00 am and the vehicle has not moved during this period. This means it has been parked for approximately 6 hours, exceeding the 3-hour maximum permitted for Blue Badge parking on double yellow lines. The vehicle is also obstructing access to my driveway, preventing me from accessing/leaving my property. I have photographs showing: - the vehicle registration; - the Blue Badge; - the parking clock showing 9:00 am; - the double yellow lines; and - the vehicle obstructing my driveway. I just watched the mechanic who works in the garage on the Edward st roundabout place an entire broken car windscreen in the recycling bins outside my property. This gentleman also has about 8 broken down cars parked in our residents car park. I have spoken to your traffic warden about the parked vehicles and he said he was unable to ticket them as the sign advising that the parking is Private had been vandalised. This business owner is routinely using the buildings facilities (parking, refuse bins etc) for his business at the expense of residents. -14 Payne Street, London, SE8 4LP

I am requesting a new public litter bin on the corner of Arklow Road and Childers Street, directly outside the Premiere corner shop on the Arklow Road side. Since the shop opened around a year ago, litter has increased significantly, including vape packaging, food wrappers, bottles and general rubbish. The existing bin opposite the road is often overflowing and is not convenient or close enough to address the problem.
