This recycling bin appeared a few weeks ago here, where there are normally no bins left (outside 19 Springbank Road). It looked abandoned with lots of school papers dumped which spilled out into the street ( now tidied by someone). It has not been emptied. -24 Springbank Road, Hither Green, London, SE13 6SN

Bins are still missing from both ends of the bridge. So instead of in the bin the litter is now in the planters, in the ivy that never gets cleaned properly, or around the boundaries of overgrowth that also never gets cleaned. This is materially impact the feel of the area and needs addressing quickly -Hall, Eddystone Road, Crofton Park, London, SE4 2DE
