Large tree in this property back garden. My mother's housing association have cut back the overhanging dangerous branches a year ago in my pensioner mother's property, this property refused the tree surgeon entry or to cut further branches, which are a health and safety issue her end. The branches fall and have thorns which she has been cut and her grandchildren from removing the branches etc. The tree surgeon stated the tree is old - and is leaning on my mother's side - which could cause damage to her property if fallen. They are very uncooperative in resolving this issue. I have reported this issue to Lewisham Council previously - so this is on record also. This property is now up for sale, and I would like confirmation for my mother and the housing association that the seller has completed a TA6 Form - re: tree dispute record reported to the council and housing association our end and the actions the housing association had to do regarding the tree for my mother's safety - for the new buyers. This is something legally that can be done for the records for the new buyer. I have contacted the estate agent on my pensioner mother's behalf to inform them of the tree and whether a TA6 form has been done for the new buyer - no response todate. We are also sending a copy of this issue to the estate agent for their action/and informaiton etc.-58 Kirkdale, London, UK
