I am writing to report an urgent road safety concern on Elverson Road, right behind the DLR station (Armoury Rd).
Earlier today, I helped a disabled man who had fallen from his wheelchair due to the poor and uneven condition of the road surface. I am concerned that the current condition of the road poses a serious risk to wheelchair users, people with mobility difficulties, older residents, and pedestrians.
I have attached a photo as evidence. Please could you arrange for this location to be inspected urgently and confirm what action will be taken to make it safe?
I would appreciate a reference number for this report and an estimated timeframe for any repairs.-Elverson Road Station, London, UK

The rubbish spilling has become a recurring issue, emitting a horrendous smell on a daily basis. Rats, pigeons, green flies and foxes are regularly gathering and feeding there. The commercial businesses at the front appear to be adding to the problem, as are passers by and neighbouring residents leaving rubbish in this location.

The smell has become unbearable and is materially affecting residents’ quality of life and enjoyment of their homes. It also presents a serious environmental and public health concern.

Please can we ask that this is collected as a matter of urgency and that the matter is taken up with both the commercial occupiers and the residents responsible. The address for the commercial prperty is 231 Lee High Road and the residential above are 231 a, b and c Lee High Road. This pile up would be most probably a combination of all of the people living / working there. Thank you.
