10/0/8/2025<br/>Formal Complaint Regarding Persistent Rubbish Left on the Street<br/>I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding ongoing fly-tipping in Vanguard Street se8<br/>There have been repeated incidents of household waste and other unwanted items being left rather than being disposed of appropriately. This is causing an unsightly and unhygienic environment and is affecting the appearance and enjoyment of the surrounding area.<br/>I am concerned that the accumulation of waste may also attract vermin and create potential health and safety issues as well as a fire hazard. Despite the seriousness of the matter, the problem has continued and appears to be getting worse.<br/>I would be grateful if this complaint could be investigated and appropriate action taken to identify those responsible and prevent further fly-tipping. <br/>I have witnessed the residence of 66 Vanguard Street repeatedly dumping unwanted items, they have no shame as this often done in broad daylight.<br/>I wish to remain anonymous to avoid any retaliation or retribution towards myself, family of property<br/><br/>I have provided photographs, dates of incidents, and any other information that may assist with the investigation.<br/><br/><br/> <br/>=
