Came home last night to this and saw a gentlemen in a white sun taking stuff out not sure if they are local, when are we getting this area tidied up or cameras installed so we can prosecute these idiot who make my area look a mess, this issue needs dealing with and not just things being collected. Also recycle bin lid needs repairing and stopping people who don't live in the block using our bins,, action needs to be taken.-185-195 Grove Street, London, SE8 3SH
