The Branches and plumage are hanging in my front garden and make it impossible for me to open my window as i have asthma and hayfever which makes it very difficult for me to sleep without having the windows open particularly in the hot weather, i almost fainted because of the heat, all i am asking for is for the branches close to my house be cut back, i have been asking for this for 2 years and my requests are being ignored, please can someone help me with getting this done.
