My black bin has only been partially emptied. Instead of emptying via the vehicle, a bag was taken out, but leaving smaller bags in the bottom of the bin. These contain material that already smells. If it has to wait another 2wks for collection it will be a health hazard and attract vermin. The same thing happened a couple of months ago. I reported it via the website, but despite a couple of chasing reports, had no acknowledgement or action. Bin will be outside awaiting emptying. -155 Woodyates Road, London, SE12 9JJ

I am sick and tired by my local area being ruined by the continuous fly tipping which is happening on this street corner, it is an absolute disgrace that Lewisham Council has t thought to install a camera and catch the perpetrators. As a council you should be utterly appalled by your lack of care and concern, which is obviously causing distress to all of the local residents. Pull your socks up and go something about this mess permanently - simply collecting the waste and then waiting g for the next report is simply not good enough!!-193 Lawrie Park Gardens, London, SE26 6XJ

Blue Commercial bin looking better now with lid able to be put down flat but on the sides are like cot furniture discarded. On the other side a box full of cardboard. This continues to attract fly tip despite numerous reports. This means the cycle parking rack poles are not able to be used. The two hire bikes dumped against the railings do not help. I doubt that even had the racks been available they would not be used particularly as these bikes have no means of securing!-9A, Burnt Ash Hill, London, SE12 0AA

A road sweeper occasionally comes onto the main roads, Aldersgrove Avenue and Lambscroft, but does not do any of the squares. For example Stofield Gardens or Bentfied. On all of the pavements the weed are extremely high making them a hazznot only for the elderly but also wheelchair users. We are pay our council taxes but do not seem to get the same services as everyone else.-Stofield Gardens SE9 4PL

Residents have been reporting these cars for years. Some of them parked up and abandoned over 10 years ago, no tax, no mot. The person who owns them keeps collecting broken down cars, storing them here for years, then doing some repairs and selling the cars from this residents parking area. One of the vans is parked and causing an obstruction to the pavement meaning my mum’s wheelchair cannot fit along the pavement.
