Blue corrugated fence adjacent to public pavement continues to lean more over the pavement, now pushed by excessive vegetation growing from behind from building plot. I am writing to inform the council's tree officer that following recent seasonal ground movement at 75 Glenfarg Road, a Chartered Structural Engineer inspected the property. While we are actively removing private vegetation in the front garden per his advice, he noted the proximity of the street crab-apple to 75 and 77 Glenfarg Road. We wanted to log this on record and request that the tree be inspected for routine pruning/crown management to help mitigate subsoil moisture draw during dry spells - the tree has considerably grown in size in recent years, and in combination with the London clay, the drought, and the very shallow foundations of the local housing stock, we're concerned this may be having an impact. -75 Glenfarg Road, London, SE6 1XN
