Dear Team,

I live on Murillo Rd and the back of Cedar court (Lee High Rd) is on Murillo.

My understanding from the residents there is that they pay a service charge for a company to bring the large metal bins onto the street before bin day and take them back to a safe secure space on the grounds on the building.

What appears to happen almost invariably is the bins are left out all the time, and this attracts fly tipping and over spill. Often there is food rubbish torn up by foxes and even a sex toy was left on the pavement once where children play and head to school. It was being cleared by the council today , I am sure the company will be charged and pass that on to the residents.

It is grossly unfair to those residents in Cedar Court who are paying for a service they are not receiving and that this is having a negative effect on the street and their ability to clear their waste.

Would you be able to contact the company that are supposed to be managing the bins to sort this out?

In addition our neighbours have been fly tipping in those bins and on the street and leaving rubbish outside their home on a regular basis and I have warned them not to do so,

I have time stamped photographic evidence for most of the above.

Look forward to hearing from you,
