the car (LY72 JRX) in the attached photo was parked across the pavement i.e with the boot by the kerb and the engine pointing at the buildings on Kirkdale. It was alongside the drive into Kirkdale House but not on the drive itself. In other words the car was blocking the pavement but cars could still access Kirkdale House.

I saw the driver go into the chemist as I was walking toward the greengrocer on Sydenham Rd. I came back via Bishopsthorpe Rd / Silverdale and found the car was still blocking the pavement when I came back.

I took a photo of the car and because of the tinted windows only noticed the driver was back in the car after I took the photo. When I went to the car the driver asked if I had taken a photo of her in her car. When I explained that parking on the pavement is illegal in London she told me I was fucking weird (which is fair enough). I noticed a disabled parking sticker in the front windscreen but there was no-one in the car except the driver (a young, large, short black woman).

As she drove off up Kirkdale (toward Forest Hill) she shouted at me that she had taken a video of me and I will "get stabbed in my neck". I shall put this incident on the Met website in case anything happens.
