There are black bags all over the floor please can they be collected and i am constantly chasing the clothes recycling people to collect the clothes left all over the street why are they are allowed to let this constant debris stay on the road why is this not stopped their licence should be revoked it’s a disgrace the state of this street, is this just a dumping ground for people please take some action ASAP -17 Dunfield Road, Bellingham, London, SE6 3RW
