This is such a nuisance. Happens every few months. Please find a permanent solution. Allotment needs to rectify this ongoing issue. There was a recycling collection this morning and the operatives were spilling rubbish from the bins as they were putting them on the dustcart (white not Lewisham logo? There were smashed bottles that I cleared from the road, and when I looked at the operative who walked past my car he gave me a nasty look because I was complaining about the mess. The rubbish has been spilled the whole length of the estate but my biggest concern is thw broken glass.-7 High Level Drive, London, SE26 6XT
