This is a long-term, escalating Statutory Nuisance and Environmental Hazard located on the narrow, inaccessible boundary strip directly between the gardens of 8 Mallet Road and 275 Hither Green Lane, SE13. This is not casual roadside litter; it is persistent dumping of construction waste, including building timber, chemicals and old ladders etc. The sheer volume and weight of the waste have already killed mature trees on the boundary line over the last two years and are now physically pushing down and destroying mine and my neighbours property's fencing due to the depth and build up. Because the strip is inaccessible from the main road and behind high fencing on Hither Green Lane side, the source of the waste is the adjacent property on Mallet Road tipping directly over their boundary wall. I request an urgent site visit from an Environmental Crime Enforcement Officer to issue a Section 215 Waste Removal Notice to the responsible parties.-9 Mallet Road, Hither Green, London, SE13 6SP
