Once again this abandoned bin has been filled with people’s rubbish that is now spilling out on to the road. It was cleared a little before when I reported it but the bin has remained in place and now rubbish is being dumped in it. Openreach moved the bin there, surely then need to sort its removal? -2 Callander Road, Catford, London, SE6 2QD

Once again this abandoned bin has been filled with people’s rubbish that is now spilling out on to the road.
