There are many rubbish bins (approx 15, see attached pictures) permanently placed 24/7 outside 47-49-51 Beacon Road SE13 and just left on the pavement all the time.<br/>These bins represent a constant obstacle on the path of all pedestrians who are often required to walk out onto the road because of them being always in the way and this is dangerous and a health and safety hazard.<br/>These bins should be placed outside on the pavement only on collection day. On all other days they should be kept inside the boundary of the property in their respective front gardens like all residents are required to do.<br/>Also, these bins left outside on the pavement 24/7 make the area look dirty, horrible, cheap and not cared for.<br/>Please address this important issue urgently. <br/>Thank you.
