4 black bins continually overfilled by the middle of week 2 after last collection. Black bags left around/on top of bins which are 1) unsightly and 2) are often ripped open by foxes resulting in food/other debris scattered on pavement = pest infestations and environmental damage. Possible solution: A) could bins be emptied weekly? B) could additional black bins be provided as green recycling bins not used on this part of Wastdale Rd to full extent. -88 Malham Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 1AN
