A few days after Lewisham Council painted keep clear signage on the road next to dropped kerbs, one of Bell Meats customers deliberately parked their car in order to pick up an order, thus blocking me from driving my car onto the public highway. Lewisham Council needs to install bollards as previously requested because this is the only effective way of stopping people doing this.
