Someone has dumped some clothes on the walkway in front of my house. I am not very happy and would like this to be removed. we are both disabled and cannot pick rubbish off the floor. I’m not prepared to pick up peoples dirty underwear and socks and clothes off the floor. If it doesn’t get removed I can see people picking it up and throwing it into my garden, I’m not having that. Plus, it’s blocking the walkway and needs to be dealt with soon people with wheelchairs and buggies won’t be able to
