Whole place looks a mess. Happens every year. Other streets in the borough are well maintained so why not ours? -4A, Glensdale Road, London, SE4 1UE

While your recycling team is consistently reliable and never misses a collection — often even placing all bins out for collection, including the black ones — your refuse team continues to miss the black bin collections almost every week. We’re unsure why this keeps happening, but it’s becoming a persistent issue that needs to be addressed.
